Partner with us
Two ways to work with us.
Refer the cases you can’t take on, or come and do this work with us. Both start with the same short conversation.
Associate & referral partners
You already have the client. We have the process.
Chartered accountants, company secretaries, advocates, wealth managers and estate practitioners come to us with the same problem: a client has an old holding, and chasing a registrar is neither billable nor their job.
We work behind you or alongside you, whichever you prefer. Your client stays your client.
We tell you what the records actually show before either of us commits to anything.
Every step is documented and sourced, so it stands up in a file review or to an heir asking questions.
How a referral runs
- You send us the outlineClient name, the company involved, and whatever paperwork exists. A one-line note is enough to begin.
- We assess it freeRegistrar and IEPF records checked, and an honest read on whether it is worth pursuing.
- You get it in writingRoute, documents, likely timeline and cost — in a form you can put straight in front of your client.
- We run it, you stay informedYou hear from us as it moves, and your client hears from you.
Work with us
This work rewards patience more than polish.
Most of what we do is careful records work followed by explaining it plainly to someone who is worried. If you are good at exactly one of those, we can teach the other.
Tracing entity history, registrar changes and mergers, and getting each fact tied to a real source.
Often speaking with older clients, or families dealing with a death. Patience matters more than sales ability.
Preparing claims correctly the first time, and chasing them until they land.
How applying runs
- Send a short noteWhich of the three areas interests you and why. A CV is welcome but not required to start.
- A real conversationAbout the work itself, not a quiz. We will be straight about what is dull about it.
- A worked exampleYou look at an anonymised real case and tell us what you would do next.
One form, either path
Tell us which of the two you’re here for and we’ll route it to the right person.
Use the last field to tell us a bit more — your firm, or the kind of work you’re after.
